Szilvia Molnár
BSc (Hons) Nutritional Therapy, Dip ION, mBANT
I am a UK trained registered nutritionist, the founder of the Anti-SKINflammation Method. I help women make self-empowered diet and lifestyle decisions to achieve healthy and radiant skin. Having suffered from eczema for 30 years, I went through decades of trial and error until I found nutritional therapy which allowed me to be eczema free for the past 8 years now.
Driven and inspired by my healing journey I made it my mission to support other eczema sufferers too. Using the most recent nutrition science I have developed a unique method and created my 12-week online program, the Anti-SKINflammation Method that focuses on diet and lifestyle improvements for eczema sufferers.
Besides my online program, I work with clients with a variety of health concerns applying the principles of Functional Medicine. As a nutritional therapist I am working to uncover the imbalances of the body that reveal the true root causes of disease and providing appropriate diet and lifestyle recommendations based on the most recent scientific evidence.
Before my nutrition practice I worked in the financial sector for over 20 years which taught me to develop a methodological approach to every problem. Consequently, I have adopted this in my nutrition practice too, which drives my precision, attention to details and practicality when investigating a health concern or when designing a diet and lifestyle plan with my clients.

What is Nutritional Therapy?
Nutritional therapy is an evidence based practice that uses the most recent nutrition science and applies the findings to diet and lifestyle considerations. It uses the Functional Medicine approach, which means that it looks at the body as a whole and investigates the possible imbalances that may be presenting in various symptoms. Functional Medicine views the body as a complete biological eco-system where everything is interconnected. Nutritional therapy aims to uncover the root causes of health concerns and works to bring the body back into balance. Nutritional therapy is considered complementary medicine, therefore it works alongside medical doctors.

Health and wellbeing happens inside out — I’m here to help you find it.
