Szilvia Molnár
BSc (Hons) Nutritional Therapy, Dip ION, mBANT
I am a UK-trained Nutritional Therapist and the founder of the Anti-SKINflammation Method. I support women in making informed, self-empowered diet and lifestyle decisions to improve skin health and overall wellbeing.
My interest in nutrition is deeply personal. After living with eczema for over 30 years, I spent decades navigating trial-and-error approaches before discovering nutritional therapy. Through evidence-based dietary and lifestyle changes, I was able to bring my symptoms under long-term control — an experience that ultimately led me to formal training in nutritional science.
Building on both my personal experience and professional education, I developed the Anti-SKINflammation Method, a structured, step-by-step framework that focuses on key diet and lifestyle factors relevant to people with eczema. This approach forms the basis of my 12-week online program, designed to support individuals in understanding and addressing the drivers behind chronic skin inflammation.
Alongside this, I work with clients presenting with a range of health concerns, applying a functional, systems-based approach to nutrition. My work focuses on identifying underlying imbalances and supporting the body through targeted, evidence-based diet and lifestyle strategies — always within the scope of nutritional therapy. I also support high-performing professionals, particularly those in demanding office roles, who are seeking realistic ways to manage energy, stress, and long-term wellbeing in the context of their busy schedules.
With over 20 years of experience in the financial sector — a role I continue to hold today — I bring a practical, methodical lens to my nutrition practice. This background influences how I assess complex health patterns, design sustainable plans, and help clients make meaningful progress without unrealistic expectations.

What is Nutritional Therapy?
Nutritional therapy is an evidence based practice that uses the most recent nutrition science and applies the findings to diet and lifestyle considerations. It uses the Functional Medicine approach, which means that it looks at the body as a whole and investigates the possible imbalances that may be presenting in various symptoms. Functional Medicine views the body as a complete biological eco-system where everything is interconnected. Nutritional therapy aims to uncover the root causes of health concerns and works to bring the body back into balance. Nutritional therapy is considered complementary medicine, therefore it works alongside medical doctors.
Health and wellbeing happens inside out — I’m here to help you find it.
